Do you have a football player at your home?

03. 03. 2016

Few psychologists believe that the behavior of fans is strongly rooted to the times when people used to live in tribes, when everyone was willing to fight for someone. Same holds in modern time, when fans are ready to promote and defend their idols no matter what. Psychologically has been demonstrated, that beginning with age of 7, kids tend to develop an admiration behavior to a particular sport, then a more concrete team, and later on to a particular player. Also, being involved in an extra school activity, as for example football, children tend to become a better part of society; they freely communicate and easily find friends between their peers.

However, having a child passionate about football has its down sides, too. If you have ever spent more than a day with a kid, you most certainly know how hard is to keep a child’s room organized and tidy. A child passionate about football is both creative and very active, that’s why parents find it quite hard to design a room, which keeps their child busy and meets his needs, however it is also not overload with goods and is extremely easy to clean. One of the best things a parent can do is encourage his kid in his best beginnings. For a child, who is a football fan, Europosters put down few advice, how to organize and design his/her room.

  1. Try to be in your child’s feet. First, you can start by thinking about yourself. Do you like to be an environment, which characterizes you?  Do you like a comfortable and beautiful bedroom that shows yours tastes? Now, think about your child. He, even though is very young, has already developed interests and views, which you, as a parent must satisfy.
  2. After that first thought, you could spend a minute with your child. Talk to him; ask if he likes his room and what he feels he lacks in it. Consult with your kid and give him the right to choose, too. Negotiate that instead of 3 toys, he will get a big poster of his favorite team.
  3. After you have a small plan, you can go online and choose few things your child likes. You may advice and help him out, but remember his room is his room, so he is the main character in the story.
  4. When the goods you have ordered arrive, try to not overexcite your kid. Sit down, and explain him that from now on his room is his personal place; he has chosen the way it looks and he is also the one who chooses to keep it clean or messy.
  5. In time, try to reward and teach your child when he does anything good or bad. This way, you will construct a healthy relationship, have a beautiful child’s room and never regret your educational choices.
